Tread Lightly! is a national non-profit organization that promotes responsible outdoor recreation through stewardship programs and ethics education. The grant supported four projects in conjunction with each of the four Overland Expo shows.
In partnership with East Coast Overland Adventures and in conjunction with the East Overland Expo, 7 volunteers cleaned up just under a ton of trash from the trail, tributary creek and dispersed campsite that were being used as illegal dump sites.
